Didnt really expect that Merwin(Wolf guy) was looking very human with wolf ears. I was thinking he was your typical Western werewolf looks. And i didnt quite remember Dionis was Human? I was thinking he was a demi human or something. Lucifina hits the mark. Misha isnt a muscle type neko?

Heck no Specially with Merwin i honestly imagined him the same as the wolf guy in Re:Zero … but to think that he looks like shitty four eyes with only a wolf ears and tail really surprised me the most

Merwin looking like that, while unexpected, seems pretty fitting to me in retrospect. And I can definitely appreciate when a novel is consistent with how they portray beast-people, the women looking like humans but with beast ears (and occasionally tails) while the men are basically just beasts walking on their hind legs gets a little tiresome.

Practically none of them looked like how I imagined. Iori and the two cat girls as well as Lucifina were exactly how I imagined. Everyone else looks too good looking. I expected merwin to look manlier and with a beard or more wolf like. Lucifina was exactly how I imagined. A world class bitch/slut character. they nailed it perfectly. Elfi’s tits are way too big. I imagined a smaller maou due to her being like a head only. Iori looks like a generic mc. someone from Japan. Dionis and Merwin looked nothing like how I imagined. I expected something less human looking. and more brutish. Luser kind of looks like how I thought, but younger. I expected and older person.

Urgh… I really dislike it when japanese illustrators do that… 2 DIFFERENT pairs of ears! I can understand if they maybe have 2 pairs of similar ears (to eerily accentuate alienness of a race for example) but 2 different pairs of ears make no sense whatsoever… unless they were man-made genetic experiments or Chimaera…

Lol, the illustrator is very good with such beautiful arts, if there is no revenge tag, i would think that it is just another shonen work… i sort of have issues on how Iori and Elfi look initially… now i have all sorts of issues on Merwin…. if the orge is a macho man and the whole set will be complete…

while for Lucifina and Dionis, i thought that lucifina has a black hair and dionis looked like a ogre more, like a blue or red skin or something
